Geoff Clark is a spectacular agent. Smart, sensitive, discerning, practical, patient, honest and savvy, Geoff was a true partner in my search for the perfect house. He is so knowledgable about the market, knows how to close a sale that works in your favor, and really gets to understand your needs and desires. He also has extremely good taste and is smart about how to make a new house a livable oasis. He is shrewd in the purchasing process, and lets you know exactly what is needed to close the sale. He won't let you overpay, but he won't let the perfect house get away either. He is also so lovely to be around, and soothing and confident in what could otherwise be a stressful endeavor. He has great relationships with other realtors, contractors and loan officers. And those he doesn't know, he quickly fosters a great rapport. He worked seamlessly with my mortgage broker. Further, he knows all the best inspectors and workers. And knows exactly what inspections are needed on a given house. His deep bench of workers - plumbers, electricians, landscapers, pool companies - are all top notch. He works with the best, because he is the best. I recommend him to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a new home. I cannot say enough amazing things about him. He goes above and beyond. He has helped me buy, sell, and rent out properties. I wouldn't work with anyone else.

I've sold two homes at separate times (and bought one) with Geoff. He helped with staging advice in preparation for the sale. He advised on ways to make the sale more expedient and timely.
