I contacted Genie about a year ago to discuss the purchase of a new home and/or advise on staying in our current home and do a complete renovation. Genie was very honest and knowledgeable about the amount of money that we should put into our current home as not to price ourselves out of our neighborhood. She emailed when homes became available for sale in our price range and was always more than willing to show us any home that we were interested in. Our final decision was to stay in our current home and renovate. Genie may not have gotten a sale, but she certainly gained our trust. If we ever decide to move she'll be the first person we call.
