I have to start off by saying how grateful we are for Genevieve! As first time buyers, Gen has made this experience much easier than we anticipated. All of the questions we had were answered with much knowledge, patience and grace. Gen was extremely helpful with some of the bumps we had during this process and had a solution before we had to ask. Communication with Gen was excellent, she matched our energy as we were always checking in and asking for updates. As first time buyers going in this crazy market, Gen has years of experience and information that benefited us during our home search. We always asked her for suggestions and trusted her advice. We were extremely active in our home search, weekdays and weekends and Gen was always down to show. We found our first home and Gen is still helping us sort through some things. Very kindly we help a buyer my house, She does not have the obligation after helping me buy a house, because she always helped me afterwards with any doubt about the house with the bills or any letter that arrived because it was difficult for me to understand. My family and I are very happy because we have our first little house. If we had the opportunity to buy another house later on, we would certainly look for it.
