Genevieve made the buying process seamless! Sometimes it felt like she knew what we wanted even before we did! She added a few houses to our list to go view that we hadn't initially thought of, but she had a feeling and she was right! We fell in love with one of those houses, and now it is our home. We had a pretty accelerated time period to closing, and Genevieve made sure we were prepared and knew each step before it came. Our closing was around the holidays and also around preparing for an international trip, so my husband and I had a lot going on. Genevieve made sure the buying process was easy, giving us guidance and recommending great people to work with (from our lender to home inspector to moving company). The process of selling our condo with Genevieve was a breeze! It started out with Genevieve visiting and giving recommendations on what we could do to best stage our home and make it desirable. She helped us decide on a listing price based on research of the market we live in, and it was really competitive. We had so many showings in the first couple of days on the market that I lost count. She helped us decide on the best buyer option and then remained so diligent during the next few weeks to get to closing, especially with the home inspection and following up on requests of the buyer. Genevieve has been a realtor agent for a long time in northern VA. She knows the market, understands trends, and is very patient. While looking for our home, she must have done dozens of showings with us, with always the same friendly, supportive and realistic character. Maybe as, if not more, important, Genevieve connects and understands people. That comes very handy when negotiation time is there.
