Selling our house experience

When my husband and I decided to sell our house, we worked with Genelle at Southwest Iowa Real Estate. Genelle did a fantastic job! She first came with a proposal of what our house could be worth on the market. She took beautiful pictures, was very responsive, always told us when a showing would be, and when it came to closing we literally showed up to signs some papers and were out of there within 5 mins. Genelle was great to work with! We would highly recommend her to anyone.
