Gene helped me successfully sell my condo near my original asking price in the summer of 2022 near the market peak just as demand was starting to cool due to higher interest rates. He was professional and courteous from the get-go, very customer-oriented. He was not pushy, kept in regular contact with me every two or three days (unless significant developments required immediate notice), very responsive - would call back within 3 hours of any message I left, recommended cost-effective and other easy-to-work-with professional vendors for title check and grant deed signatures, inspections, etc. He even offered to pay for one of the much needed vendors out of his own pocket. He knows the market and my neighborhood well, and just this month sold another unit with the same floor plan as mine. Gene was responsible and trust-worthy, and took care of everything on the tenant side, the handover, the repairs, the open house, the marketing, vetting the buyers, and negotiating and closing the final deal. Gene and his team were a great, one-stop shop. Would definitely recommend to others, and call on him again when I reenter the market as a buyer.

There is a difference between an order taker and a professional real estate agent! Mr Turley is the consummate professional RE agent. He worked and “guided” us flawlessly from our listing with him through the sale of our townhouse. He knows our development and more important he knows the market. He sold our unit for the highest price ever achieved. He worked with us for months and walked us carefully through the entire process from listing to sale. We watched other agents sell units like ours. But the difference certainly seemed that Mr Turley was more interested on getting the best price for our unit and not just turning it over quickly to just get a fast paycheck. I can’t say that other agents have done that. It just seemed that Mr Turley waited until the time was best for us. He also helped us get the inside of our unit ready and setup to look its best. He even picked up some moving boxes for us from Lowes! He cared about us and our concerns.
