Gene did everything right and sold my house for $7,100 over the asking price on the first day it was on the market. Gene was courteous and answered any questions I asked in a timely manner. He supplied plastic for the carpet to keep it clean and even gave me a gift card after the sale. I also hired Gene when buying another house and he hired someone to rake up over 20 bags of leaves. Gene was so helpful in both buying a house and selling my old house. I would hire him again if I ever move.
