Gene is experienced and knowledgeable real estate agent. He works in the field for many years and helped a lot of people. For his long tenure he learned legal and technical issues in PA/NJ/NY real estate. What I found most helpful: he meticulously (and patiently!) explained to me all the steps of the selling process and came with the best advice. He has superb communication skills (and a big deal sense of humor), speaking several languages. He volunteers to help with problems that are not his direct RE responsibilities. For example, in my case he took long and exhausting communications with the Township regarding permits. He has outstanding marketing skills (property description, photos, etc.) as a result, the whole process from initial listing to the accepted offer took about 20 days. From my experience, I would recommend Gene Fish as the best choice for people selling or buying property, I trust you won't be disappointed!

Mr Gene was very proactive and punctual in terms of showing. Plus we gained lot of knowledge in terms of construction and some Technical details which was very new to us and it helped us save some time on searching houses in the market.
