Gencher was so knowledgeable in Real Estate. We had another realtor before Gencher and there was such a difference between the two. He communicated with us to keep us on top of what was going on. He's super friendly and we felt so comfortable with him. We can't say enough about him. I have recommended him to several people in our neighborhood and hopefully they will also use him.
