Genaro and his team were a real pleasure to work with. They made themselves available at times that were convenient for me, even with my busy work schedule. Genaro is super personable and truly had what was best for me in mind - I never felt like "just another sale". He and his whole team made me feel like I was their top priority anytime we spoke. Genaro has a great team that will guide you along every step in your purchase and/or sell. Genaro is very understanding and made it really comfortable throughout the whole process. He is also honest and respect you as a client. He is not your typical pushy realtor. He takes the time to help you find your dream home like he did for us. When selling our property, we told him what we wanted. We told him that we did not want a for sale sign in front of our house. He only held an open house during our open schedule and accommodated our needs. He would ask for updated schedule every 2 to 3 weeks to make sure when the house was available to show. This was a plus for us because our kids has activities different days and time of the week and those where the time he would be able to show the house. Love how he worked around our schedule and most important you always know who was there showing the house. His group has very good communication skills and always update one another. This was awesome because everybody you talk in his office was up to date with your situation. Genaro was able to sell our house and have it in escrow in less than 3 months without a for sale sign in front. That was a plus for us. Genaro also helped us find our dream home. We love how patient he was with us. My husband and I were really picky and wanted certain thing. He was able to find a house for us that met both of our needs and wants. Genaro was not pushy at all. He is not that typical realtor who just wants to make a quick sale. He’s all about his clients. I would always recommend him when a friend or family would ask about a realtor.
