We had a host of unique challenges arising from our partnership (rented property, and unforeseeable damages from the tenants; owner living out of state; and the fact I am deaf and everything had to be done via texting and emails) but with her guidance, patience and perseverance, and hand holding, she was able to get the house into showplace condition and the house was under contract after being on the market for 28 days. We got the top dollar for the property and I couldn't be any more pleased than I am now. I highly recommend Geanne!
