While the extensive experience that Lynne has was a big factor in selecting Lynne but the way she handled the listing and sale of my In-laws house was great. My In-laws are in their mid-eighties with varying health issues and the empathy displayed by Lynne was very admirable. I can’t express in words how thankful we are to have Lynne as our realtor. So we figured our small 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo was insignificant compare to the properties she typically deals with but never once did she give us that impression. It is always very hard and a difficult decision when it comes time to sell your home. My husband and I were both anxious and to be honest a little fearful. Not only were we going to sell our home of the past 30 years but we were also going to downsize. After the decision was made to move forward the hard part showed up. Who do we use as a real estate agent? We decided to interview 3 realtors and make a decision after this process. We looked in various advertising venues and came up with our list of three. OK now we are going to have to pick one. The first interview was with Lynne Kelleher. After two hours on a Sunday afternoon in late August we were finished with our first interview. I first met Lynne through a charity organization she heads, 100 Women, Bucks County Chapter. I was impressed with her dedication to the area and hired her to sell my home.
