Lynne Kelleher listed and sold our home in record time. Starting from the initial visit to ultimately finding a buyer, it took approximately 2 weeks. She went over the comps for houses that sold in our neighborhood to help us to list our house at a fair price (maybe too fair :) However I guess that's why it sold quickly.
