Gayor provided excellent advice when we sold our home. From when to list, what to fix, and how to set the asking price at a correct level, all his recommendations were spot on. He also was able to help us make a good decision regarding the multiple offers we received. In addition he had also helped us purchase a home prior to selling this one, and based on my experience I highly recommend Gayor for all your real estate needs.
Gayor is an excellent very educated professional at the very top of his profession! No one better! Thanks G Bryan!!!
I have never worked with anyone more knowledgeable in Reality. I was in a very difficult place trying to figure out everything I needed to do to sell my home. Gayor Geller had an answer, solution, positive recommendation and shared prior experiences that made decision-making very simple. I had some repairs I needed to get done and every single one of his resources and recommendations were efficient and exceeded expectations in a timely fashion .He spent more time then I think most realtors would with me comparing other situations with other houses in my neighborhood, helping me make the best decisions for success. His work ethic and ability to get things done effectively, efficiently in a timely manner were able to help relieve stress and worry. I can’t recommend him enough to everyone and will always have him as my first call.
Our experience with Gayor was great he was amazon in helping us find our new home and sell our old house.
Gayor made our entire experience easy and stress free; his experience and knowledge of the market guided us to success. We appreciated his kind and thoughtful manner through the entire process. Thank you Gayor!
I have worked in the industry for almost 20 years and picked Gayor Geller to sell our rental. He is always super thorough and knowledgeable and ensures to get the job done and make the process easy and smooth for his clients! I would highly recommend him to anyone!
We were first-time homebuyers and absolutely clueless. We spoke with a couple of other agents before Gayor was recommended to us by a friend. The other agents made us feel like we were a part of their plan and made us even more anxious about buying a home. Everything changed when we met G. He was patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. It felt like our wants, needs and future were always considered. He even checks in now as we are getting settled in the perfect home he found for us. We couldn’t have done it without him and are forever grateful!
