We met Gayle in 2012 when we were expecting our first kiddo. Pretty clueless and nervous on buying our first house, she guided us through the process and had us in a house shortly after. We loved working with her and before long I passed her along to a couple friends who also thought she was super friendly and fun to work with. 8 years and 4 kids later, pretty clueless and nervous on selling our first house, we called Gayle. She remembered us and we got caught up from where we last left off. Yet again, we went over the process and made a plan. Our house sold quickly, for way more than I'd imagine. Then the real fun began...buying a new house in the current market. I can't tell you how many miles this wonderful woman willingly drove to look at houses with us. Like I feel really bad about it honestly lol. Throughout any of the hiccups or concerns we had, Gayle had the answers and more importantly a plan. When we needed a contact, she had it (last minute lender change, awesome home inspector Dan). You only get that with a successful, experienced realtor.
