We were looking to move to Chicago during the Covid-19 pandemic. Gayle was focused and determined to get us into the properties we wanted to see. She made it happen and we were able make an offer on a 3 bedroom condo before a lot of other potential buyers were able to see it. We worked on an appropriate offer and got it accepted very quickly. Gayle then was able to help get all the documentation we needed from the sellers side to make a 30 close happen, and she also had great recommendations on painters and floor refinishers which we utilized.
