Gayle went beyond her expertise of helping my wife and I on this purchase. I know, you are going to say she just wanted to make the sale, but she took us in and advise us on every step what the procedure was to buy in Florida. We had problems with signing off on a few issues, she just took us into her home and fixed the problem... When I had questions (which was a few) she call me back or email me the same day. My wife and I bought the house without seeing it, she went and video it for us and sent it to us. She made us feel very comfortable and we signed off by email. I would highly recommend Gayle. Today, she is more just a sales agent, she is a friend.
