She is very knowledge about the community as she has lived in it also for a while. She knew personally the past owners and who built many of the homes mine included. The weather history of the area. She does all the hard work. Makes the whole experience painless.

Coming from out of state (my only knowledge of the lake was from the internet) I have used her resource list for everything from finding a local place to stay to finding, excavators, arborists, and electricians!
