Gayle helped us view several properties, and then helped us negotiate a good deal on the one we bought. Even when the owner was unresponsive, she kept on the listing agent to get them to respond. Gayle was excellent at following up on the details and didn't let anything slip. She showed us the house a few times during contract time so we could take measurements. She got us a home warranty which turned out extremely helpful, and saved us a lot of money. She really could not have done a better job, and took great care of us!
