What can I say? Gayle is simply an amazing realtor. I never had a realtor work so much or so hard to help me sell my house. She went WAY beyond what would be expected from a Realtor. I was out of the country when I decided to sell the house. Gayle took care of getting the keys, arranging for contractors to repair the place, keeping on top of the contractors to ensure they did good work. Basically acted as a property manager for me since I wasn't there. Then she marketed the house amazingly, including planting flowers in the garden to make it look better! Have you ever heard of that before? I never have. She held multiple open houses and spent a lot of time researching the dynamics of the market in the area. When an offer came in, she went above and beyond to ensure I got the best possible deal. At closing she walked me through the paperwork so that I was comfortable with everything going on. I think she should be your first choice for a realtor when looking in the area.
