Gayle was very professional from the beginning. We called her, she came over the next day, gave us suggestions as to what repairs were needed, and told us when she would like to list the duplex. We listed on Oct 1st; she had an open house on Sunday, Oct 3rd. On Oct 4th, we had seven offers, all above listing. We sat down with Gayle and went over each offer. She gave us pros and cons about each one. We decided on Monday to accept the offer we thought was best for us. She was on top of getting inspections completed and the closing scheduled. We closed on Nov 1st. We could not have asked for a more professional or competent real estate agent.
