Gaylan helped to made our stressful situation so much easier to handle. We got our property on the market on a Thursday. By Monday we had a busted pipe and had to take it off the market. After 3 months of dealing with insurance agents, major renovations, contractors, and covid, we finally had it back on the market. 9 days later we had a full price offer.
