Gaye Pecker

Gaye spent over 5 months with us to help buy our house. That was pre-sales' time investment she did with us. Add two months for the closing. So, in over seven months, she took time to understand our needs, likes, budget, area/location we were interested in and many others. She helped us understand the market, pushed us where it was needed and guided us where she thought we may not know the intricacies of the neighborhood or the negotiations. One thing I want to highlight the most (along with noted above) is her punctuality and responsiveness. She was never late, not even once as she respects everyone's time and their busy schedule. She responded to my million (possibly more) emails over the course of the transaction. Living in the neighborhood has its benefits as she has developed and managed very deep relationships with fellow realtors, landscapers, house inspectors etc., and these relationships came really handy. We highly recommend her!
