Gaye was amazing in helping to sell our home (9 days) and even more amazing in helping me buy a new one! I had zero experience doing this on my own and she made it a struggle-free process with 100% guidance and instruction. I worked with Gaye many years ago with the purchase of my house. It was not an easy purchase (Because of the seller's misrepresentation of some things) and we both learned a lot. At the end of the day, we got it for much less than anticipated. I just used her to sell the same house and we were a little upset we didn't get it on the market last summer before rates went up and home values dropped. Much to my surprise we ended up selling it for $45,000 more than I thought we were going to get for it in December, and it was only on the market for 3 days.
