Gay knows how to listen and understand her clients' needs. She has a lot of patience with clients like us who were under pressure to buy a "perfect" new home very quickly, since we were moving to the Austin area from 900 miles away. She negotiated strongly and skillfully on our behalf at every step of the process so that we got the things that were most important to us, and her advice and guidance throughout the buying process was invaluable.
