Gay Ashley was recommended to us by our best friends when we began a search for a realtor to help us sell our Northern Virginia house. Her insight and experience in negotiation were absolutely critical for us in making our ultimate decision, which turned out to be a great success. We are extremely grateful to Gay for making this selling experience a very positive and relatively stress free experience. She was always available to answer our questions, explain documents and procedures, and walk us through every aspect of a complicated process: marketing the home, reviewing offers and accepting one, home inspection and appraisal, and finally, sale and settlement.
