Gavin Shnieder

Gavin Shnieder is truly one of a kind when it comes to professionalism, honesty, and a real genuine personality. To find a person who is willing to help you with a smile on his face everyday is a rare find. Gavin drove countless miles to lead us in the search for a home. To the small town of Elma to all around Puyallup and Federal way, there is no place he won’t go to help you find what is perfect for you. Every question was answered quickly and everything from A to Z was explained as many times as we needed it to be. Without Gavin I don’t think we would have gotten as lucky as we did with our home and I would gladly work with him any time.

I have known Gavin since middle school. I always knew him to be honest and hardworking, so when it came time to buy our first house I contacted him. He was patient as we saw so many different houses all over Puget Sound. He was helpful every step of the way, giving great pointers on what to look for. Then when we finally went into a contract on a house, he and Kris were amazing in helping us. I appreciate how much time and energy they put in to making our lives easier in such a stressful process.
