He did the impossible. I had three days to find a House with 25 items wanted in the house. Gavin showed only qualified houses and within three days I found the house of our dreams with 22 out of the 25 items. Seller was difficult but Gavin handled her very well to bring it to a good end. We are happy with our house and we are very very happy with Gavin.
