I am so lucky I was able to work with Gavin to find my new home. I honestly do not believe any realtor would have been able to go above and beyond like Gavin did for us. We were a difficult case- we needed a house with specific features in a short period of time as we were moving from a different city. Gavin was recommended to me lby a close realtor friend who knows him. Although it has only been a couple of months so far that he has been taking care of my properties I am more than satisfied with all that he has done. I rely heavily on him and trust that long may he continue as he has done todate. He has brought all queries from tenants promptly to my attention. Decision taken have been conveyed at once respectfully to the tenant and results have been sent at once to myself. No agreement negotiations have been required so far. Monthly statement of account and bank deposits have been done on the due dates.
