I began my transaction with a different realtor. While house hunting we switched to Gavin and could not have been happier. Gavin took the time to research our questions and provide complete and meaningful answers in manner that was understandable to the "non real estate professional." Our transaction was not a simple one with multiple offers on the home and time constraints that at times felt unreasonable. Gavin helped us jump through the hoops, even when the house was hit by a tornado just a few weeks before closing (yes a rare tornado in SW WA actually hit the house we were buying)! We ended up being out of the country when the home finally closed and Gavin ensured everything went smooth. He even prepared additional forms prior to us leaving the country "just in case" so our transaction would be successful. Without this forethought our transaction would have been put on hold while we were out of the country as the "just in case' situation actually came up. Gavin had planned for it all and in the end we successfully closed on our fantastic new home. I will use Gavin for all my real estate needs and recommend you do the same.
