Selling then buying a new home was so easy with Gautam .He helped us through the whole process . His partner , Glenn Riser and Gautam went out of there way to prepare our house to sell on the market to get top dollar. Went and put a new lawn and sprinkler system in back yard when there was none before. Gautam Cleaned the house cabinet, floors and tile because I could not due to health issues. They are totally AWSOME. The house looked better than new . On our new house we bought from them , help us get the best price and help us with the upgrade we wanted to perform at a substantial saving since Glenn Riser is also a contractor. My wife and I would not hesitate to use them again an to recommend them to our family and friends as a realtor. Great job guys!
