Gary is awesome!

Gary is a common-sense thorough realtor that provides a very high level of personal thoughtfulness with all of his interactions with all people in the process. He defends his client's interests at all times and works diligently to close the deal with the greatest benefit to his client. He is honest and authentic about all situations, potential risks, potential to get the best deal for buying and selling. This is the 2nd time we have used Gary Wojcik to buy a new home and sell the home we've lived in. Gary worked very diligently to maintain connection over that time by sending birthday cards, anniversary cards, etc. That is a level of customer service not commonly seen today. The time before this current time, we worked with Gary was 10 years ago. The closing of both the purchase of the house we moved into 10 years ago and the sale of the house went very well!
