The are no words to express our gratitude. Gary is professional, kind, extremely organized, most competent and knowledgeable. Gary sold us our home 34 years ago. Over the years we stayed in touch as we often considered selling. This past summer r we decided to sell and called Gary. We thought it was the right time tol finally move to our home in Florida. Well life has a way of letting you know that even the most thought out plans are not the right timing. Soon after we were under contract with a cash deal above asking, let fe showed its uncertainty. My mother was injured and subsequently passed and my father got severely ill. I only share this personal information to demonstrate the compassion and understanding of such a wonderful agent. Gary handled all inspections and other aspects of a sale that we obviously could not focus on. Items we needed to take care of in our home were orchestrated and managed by Gary. He went above and beyond what is expected from a realtor to ensure that our professional and personal needs were being addressed. Obviously, my father needed me to be in the area so Gary quickly found us a condo to purchase so we would have a home close to my dad and family. Selling a home you’ve been in for 34 years is stressful enough. The added stress of caring for my mother, dealing with her death and then my father immediately after my mother passed almost put us over the edge. Had it not been for Gary’s compassion, competence, work ethic, attention to detail and all he did for us, I am not sure how we would have made it through. Words are not enough to express how much we appreciate him and all he does!
