We met Gary a couple of years ago at an Open House. Gary and his team placed us on a Buyer Search for properties in the Sarasota area. They followed up periodically but did not pressure us. Once we were ready to proceed, Gary set up a more refined property search and scheduled showing appts for us. He was prompt to the showings and always pointed out the qualities of the properties. Once again, no high pressure to purchase. His team was very helpful during the negotiations and subsequent contract writing. We were very happy with the quality of service and the professionalism of his team and would highly recommend them.
