Gary’s has been buying and selling house and vacant lots for us since 2009, maybe up to 11 transactions, he knows exactly the type, condition, year, and price I’m looking for. Take Tecopa for instanced, I found that property on line when I was in Hawaii ask Gary to take a look at it and see what type of a deal we could get on it, and before I came back Gary had worked it all out for us. Where in the process of fixing it all up so Gary can sell that property for us to! He is also in the process of sell the house on Indian Summer in Victorville that he found for up last year, I think the property was only listed for about a week when he had found us a buyer. He’s presently working out the deal and I have a lot of confidence that he will make that work out as will. At this point I wouldn’t even think about using another realtor!
