Gary Sullivan

When we met Gary, we explained to him what we were loking for and the price we wanted to spend. We communicated all the time, and he showed us many homes. My sister and I were particular, and Gary always listened to us, and he Never got frustrated or annoyed. Two elderly women can be annoying but Gary is the perfet gentleman. He is extremely Knowledgable in his field and he has the best negotiating skills. He always amazed us, that he was able to reach the price we wanted. Again, He is extremely outstanding in negotiating. Marketing skills. There isn't anything he doesn't know about marketing. He knows the value of all homes in the area. What they are worth,and how much the asking price should be, not what the selller is asking. Again that is due to his years of experience. He always does an analyis and shares the information with us and explains it step by step. We appreciate his patience. My sister and I can honestly say we were very fortunate when Gary became our Realtor. His knowledge is100 plus. We believe Gary is Superior in his field. We cannot compliment him enough. Not only that, he is helpful if you need guidance re moving, painting, plumbing,etc. He will recomend someone, no pressure. Gary is a fine outstanding inividual who cares about his buyers as individuals. We had realtors before Gary and they lacked his skills in so many ways. Gary is extremely competent, well-informed, diligent, courteous, accommodating and gracious. Gary always worked within our time schedule. We never felt pressured, which is helpful to the buyer. We consider Gary a friend because you can trust him; he is a man of his word. If he can help you, he will. He personally takes an interest in you which is a rare commodity in today's world. Gary is tops in every aspect, and we were the fortunate one to have him as our Realtor.
