Gary is a realtor that is very thorough in all aspects of selling a house. He is very in tune to market fluctuations and kept me informed often as far as changes in the housing market. I had 16 showings the first weekend and a contract on the third day I had my house on the market. He communicates news of potential issues based on feedback of he gets from prospective buyers.
