Gary assisted with the sale and purchase of my last three houses. One of them was out of the area get Gary managed to set up and manage the open house that resulted in selling the house on the first day of showings. Gary is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to assist with the sale. He knows the market and how to price the property to get the highest return. He is available day and night to answer any questions one might have during the process. Hopefully, I will not be moving anytime soon but if the opportunity arises I will definitely let Gary handle the listing.
