From the time I first spoke with Gary , about what I wanted to do and what I was looking for, he took the reigns, listened and was on top of things from the start. When I expanded the home hunting field , it was not a problem for him. Gary is very knowledgeable, helpful, from getting viewings to mortgage lenders, insurance groups. He stayed on top of the process to the very end.

We met Gary through a friend. Our experience was very good right from the start. We gave him out budget and within hours it seemed, he had multiple homes lined up for us to visit. He was always flexible with our tough schedule and was always willing to do whatever was necessary. He is very knowledgeable about the area in and around the Grosse Pointe municipalities. He also has a wealth of knowledge regarding the home construction types and what to expect and what to avoid. He prepared us well for each step of the process from offer to home inspection to closing He was never pushy or manipulative in trying to get us to increase our budget though i get the feeling he knew all along that we needed to increase budget to get what we were looking for. He instead let us learn that lesson at our own pace and was happy to show us things at a higher price point when we reached that conclusion ourselves. We were able to get the perfect home for us at what I believe was a great deal as well. All in all, I would recommend Gary to anyone and everyone and we will definitely be calling him when it is time to move on or upgrade.

There's a considerable difference between the needs of a family moving to the community from out of state compared with those of one moving across town or from within the area. Gary made the whole process easy. My wife and I had purchased a foreclosure during the housing bubble. Over a period of years we renovated it. A friend of ours recommended Gary when we were ready to sell. He was extremely patient with us as we did the final clean up.
