But Gary didn’t mind, he took me around seeing one place after another for almost 2 full years. During the process he offered many great insights including a particularly keen eye for how to redesign floor plans (rehab) for optimal use of the space. Gary never missed an appointment and was rarely late even though he lived a good 20 minutes from the city I was looking in. I appreciated his steady and patient approach and I never felt pressured to buy even though it took a long time to find a place. Gary is a personable and professional agent and I would recommend him to all. For me his insights when considering fixer upper properties were very insightful.
