Gary Mayhew was the realtor who helped me sell my home. He was extremely knowledgeable. I needed variances and permits. He walked me through the whole process in which I knew nothing about. He was always available to answer my questions. He was an extremely pleasant and nice person to work with. The house sold quickly and I was very satisfied with the price we got for the house. I would recommend Gary to anyone who is looking for an agent.
