Gary Leavenworth was great to work with! He made the home shopping/buying process very smooth. He was very informative and we trusted him 100%! I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

We have been fortunate in using Gary Leavenworth as our agent for four transactions spanning over two decades. No transaction was simple as one involved leaving our long time home, another was on the market at the time when homes were not selling and our recent purchase was handled sight unseen. Trust, professionalism, clear explanations of various steps in the process and not worrying because Gary would handle everything have consistently been true throughout all of our real estate transactions. He will remain our real estate agent and that is a great comfort.

We worked with Gary in 2001 to buy our house when he helped us find the right house, in the neighborhood we wanted. Fast forward to the fall of 2025, we were looking to downsize. My attorney said Gary had not yet retired and was still the best realtor in Naperville. We met with Gary, told him what we were looking for, and he explained how the new technology worked (much better than the old days). We received updates (email) when properties that met our criteria became available. We visited one with Gary that could have worked. Within a couple of days, Gary called and told us of a private listing that was in our most desired location. Gary arranged a visit, and we knew we had found our next home. Gary helped us through making our offer, arranging an inspection and ultimately closing on that property. Now for the part where Gary really came through for us! We met with Gary to discuss listing our home. we worked with his team to help prepare our home for showing. Once we felt ready, we met with Gary to discuss listing price and what we hoped to receive for our home. He clearly had done his homework! Once we signed our contract with Gary, he had his photographers taking inside, outside, and aerial photos. The brochure his team created was amazing! Ultimately, the house went on the market on a Wednesday and we had 3 offers by the end of the day on Saturday. Then came 12/8/25, closing. We did not attend, and our attorney called 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. Gratefully, he said "all done!" Thanks to Gary's thoroughness, the closing when without a hitch! We received what we hoped for and are now settled into our new home!

Gary coordinated the painting an installation of new flooring in the unit. He did a great job.
