Gary is extremely knowledgeable in ranch and moutain properties. If you are going to buy or sell a ranch property in Colorado, make sure your realtor has a hat AND cattle. Gary always answers his phone and has his clients best interest in mind. Although I did not find the property I was looking for, Gary worked hard to find if there was a piece of land that met my needs.
