While it might not seem that choosing a listing agent makes much difference, let me tell you having sold six homes, choosing the best real estate agent to represent your home is extremely important. Not all situations are alike. You may need to sell quickly, you may want to get the highest price even if it takes a bit longer, you might want to do improvements to reduce sales time but aren’t sure what will really make a difference. While we have bought and sold a number of houses, we have never before encountered such a level of excellence in a real estate agent as we did with Gary Hitchcock.
