My husband and I were first time home buyers. Gary was patient and kind as he walked us through the process of buying our first home. He showed us as many homes as we wanted and he would always answer the phone or call us right back with answers or information. When it came time to negotiate, Gary had our back every step of the way. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Gary was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was referred by another agent who was unable to show us houses in the areas we were looking and I couldn't have picked someone better. We were his first "two tank" buyers because we took him all over Eastern Tennessee.
Gary was very knowledgeable and actually listened to what we wanted. He also "read between the lines" and guided us to the home that was the best fit for our needs and budget.
Gary has 1 property for sale and sold 7 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
