We first met Gary when he was selling our military neighbors’ home. He coordinated needed upgrades, going above and beyond to make sure they were able to sell their home as quickly as possible after they were deployed. We called him when it was time to sell our house and buy a new one. He was professional, responsive, knowledgeable about the market, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the buying and selling process. Five years later, it was once again time to sell our house and buy another, we called Gary. It was during the pandemic, and we were concerned because of my health issues. He made us feel very safe, and he made sure the environment at the homes we viewed was also safe. It was a busy time in the market with very low interest rates, and we were looking for a one story, which is a little harder to find. He made sure we found the right home for us, regardless of the length of time it took us. We were from out of the area and new nothing about where in the Dallas metroplex we might like to live. When we first met Gary and his son Sebastian they were prompt, professional, kind, and very engaging. Prior to our meeting he had asked us questions to guide his search and put together 10-12 houses for us to look at in several different locations. We had just a couple days to spend with him and he found a variety of houses and surroundings areas ( shopping, restaurants, parks etc ) for us to tour. As we walked each property he would ask us what we liked about the home and area. Over the next 3-4 weeks we spoke regularly until one morning we got the call he had found us everything we were looking for and he was right on the money.
