We met Gary Gibson the day after we first saw the property was for sale; and having no agent of our own, we relied on Gary for all the information we were seeking. Gary went above and beyond sharing his knowledge of the property and definitely proving his understanding of real estate procedures, the current market and the process we would be undertaking. We could not have asked for a better first meeting, and we became instantly comfortable with our own expections with the listing. The next day we made an offer, and the clock started ticking, as Gary would say. From that moment on, Gary made us aware of every deadline, sent messages which were helpful with documents, convinced us of his technological skills and helped us with ours! I do not believe things could have gone any smoother as we navigated through all the steps of purchasing a home. Gary met with us when it was necessary and called at other times; and he was always prompt, professional and on point. We were able to purchase the home with acreage, but Gary's professionalism did not stop there. He has followed up with answering nurmerous questions about the area in which we have moved and who to contact at county agengies about the different services we need. The best thing about this whole, seamless experience is that Gary has become a friend. We look forward to hearing from him as he checks to see if we are doing well, and we always enjoy our personal interactions with him. Gary's knowledge about Sevier County is extensive, and I doubt another agent could compare. His dedication to the people he contracts with is 100 percent, and he earns every single penny he makes on a sale. In fact, he works overtime which probably isn't compensated. We have worked with real estate agencies and agents for over 40 years, and Gary is the best one yet. He made this particular purchase as easy and problem free as it could be. We are very thankful and feel fortunate to have worked with Gary.
