Gary is our favorite agent (over four decades). We really felt his very first concern was us! He wanted to do an outstanding job while protecting us. And he did it. We felt good signing with Gary because we watched him sell a piece of property that had been on the market for ten years! He marketed it better than any of the previous three or four agents that tried. He used several different avenues to get publicity for the property and his total presentation made the benefits of the property clear. The other guys were just selling a piece of land. He did the same thing with our home. After seeing the photos and his write up, we almost didn't put the home on the market! Keep up the good work 'Gary!
