Gary Crowe

After a negative experience with a previous realtor, I was referred to Gary from Collier Construction. I explained my need to sell our condo on Frazier Avenue and set clear expectations for what I was needing from him. Not only did Gary meet my expectations, he exceeded them with his direct, honest, and prompt style of communication. He brought us an extremely fair offer within the first 3 days our home was listed. He puts a lot of time and work in that no one sees until the list goes live- with beautiful videos, pictures, staging, etc. Gary embodies the knowledge, integrity, and look of selling a contemporary home. He doesn't operate on a hidden agenda and is an advocate for "doing the right thing" for both the seller and the buyer. Not only do I recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell, he is the realtor I will continue to use in the future.
