Gary was recommended to me and I can see why. The home I was selling was in Phx but I actually lived out of state, and I can't tell you how WONDERFUL it was to know he could handle all the details while I sat back in another state. He had the connections to get upgrades done asap at a low price, had great suggestions on what NOT to waste money on upgrading as I would not get a pay off for it, kept me informed often on progress and came up with creative ways to keep house safe while no one was physically in it. He got me top dollar and totally REMOVED the stress that I thought I was going to experience in selling a property. I see why he was recommended to me and I would definitely recommend him to others, specially if you want to lower your stress level and have a pro like Gary, two steps ahead of you, always looking out for my best interest.
